Parthiv Soni is an independent urban advisor with two decades of experience spanning urban development, infrastructure transactions and municipal finance across South and Southeast Asia. He has worked as Team Leader, Specialist and Regional Advisor on assignments for the Asian Development Bank, the World Bank and C40 Cities, among others.
